Taking the creaminess of this vintage’s Kerpen Spatlesen to the next level, this at the same time preserves juicy primary fruit and manages a lift and elegance one seldom encounters in an Auslese. The ethereal pear nectar and wafting floral perfume here fit the wine’s style to a tee. As with the starred Spatlese, this exhibits considerable brown spice character in its long, terrifically refined and almost levitating finish. Lay this bottled bouquet away in your cellar and it will not wilt for at least the next 20 years." (06/09)

老鬼點都會留番枝廿年後先飲。不過忍唔忍到呢？上星期已經KO咗一枝！
