85 % Semillon
10 % Sauvignon
5% Muscadelle

VinificationThe wine is made using gropes with " noble rot " which are picked and sorted by hand. The must is racked in cold conditions l8*C. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (20*Q) until the right sugar/alcohol balance is achieved. The fermentation is then stopped by sudden cooling followed by filtration and sulphiting.
Tasting Notes
A pretty golden yellow colour. Aromas of very ripe fruit (apricots, candied orange). Smooth and rounded in the mouth with perfect balance.

Serving Suggestions
Serve at IO*C as an aperitif, with foie gras or Roquefort cheese canapes. Also ideal served with white meats in sauces or with strong-fasting cheeses (Munster, Maroilles).

隻蝦比老鬼煮已經"曬"曬啦,不過急凍加拿大野無乜所謂啦。 枝酒又未至咁差嘅,口味各有不得jar,得閒咪飲鬼咗佢囉。

哈哈,老賊,小賊當晚都是自己在家扮廚神,我整牛排。 本來見到和牛,但想一想自己的技巧,就自己收皮買普通牛算!
