用了數小時看完了一本書有一些啟迪但作為一本指定用書自覺好像有點那過！
原因是太過簡單了，作為一本引起興趣的書，絕對是寫得很好。
自大狂又發作添，希望作者和他的學生不要見怪！
我會推薦 Michael D.Yapko 嘅 Trancework，不過要學催眠真的要找一位好老師！
